Steel Pan Deck To Concrete Wall

A stage erected steel structure with concrete deck was the optimum solution to minimise the extent of modifications and to keep disruption of vehicular movement to a minimum.

It is used to support concrete or insulating membrane of a roof. It was developed to provide a structurally efficient product for use in roof and floor systems. 1 1 2 deep composite floor deck panels are primarily used for pouring concrete slabs. We can custom roll form floor decking for high load bearing floors.

The seams can be field welded or crimped we chose welding. The steel girts are flown into place with a crane. The floor structures are made by pouring concrete over the composite floor deck panels. On top of the steel frame we lay out a metal pan deck to support the concrete slab.

Each pan deck panel is 36 in. Our custom fabrication shop allows us to maintain control of the entire fabrication process from start to finish. At creative building supply we cut composite floor panels to almost any length. Wide with six 3 in deep corrugations.

Normally used for spans of 4 10 with slabs of 4 8 of concrete and are used to create a composite action between the steel concrete.
