It appear to be underground but i can t find teh access to it help anyone. Above the coffee shop off 9th ave. In the contaminated building that has the virus terminals on the first floor. Head through this back alley and you ll find a climbable green rope.

Lexington after killing the first mob run on normal if you want just the key after you enter the building and go up the stairs past the balloons the concrete stairwell that you normally go up go down instead there is a locked door at the bottom of the stairwell. I m trying to find all the locked doors in the beta and i have a few so far.
